These babies are low calorie, healthy, a great source of fiber, made gluten free, a perfect kickstart breakfast for the day, and are ultimately SCRUMPTIOUS! I cannot wait to share this recipe with you!

tinyB's Chocolate Chip Oat Muffins!
Calories Per Serving: 160
Serving Size: 1
Yields: About 18 Muffins
YOU WILL NEED:
1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats*
2 ⅔ cup whole wheat flour*
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
1/2 cup butter or olive oil
6 ounces chocolate chip morsels*
1. Preheat oven to 400, and line a muffin pan with baking liners--spray lightly.
Note this recipe makes about 18, so you can either use two sheets to bake them all at the same time, or bake the rest after the first batch.
2. Combine the dry ingredients together, and mix.
3. Add in the wet ingredients with the dry, and mix together.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Fill cups with batter and bake for 16-18 minutes, or until tops are light golden.

-I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats, but any oats will do!
-Gluten free flour or all purpose flour may be substituted. I haven't tried any others, so let me know if you do and how it worked for you!
-Any milk will also do!
-I use Lily's Stevia Sweetened Baking Chips, or Enjoy Life's Mini Morsels, but you may use any kind.
-this recipe is suuuuuper yummy and made with oh so much love, so try it as is! OR, just note that if you happen to interchange any of the ingredients, it may alter the nutrition a bit!
