tinyB's OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE OVERNIGHT OATS

This...this is what Heaven tastes like. If you love tinyB's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, you're gonna ADORE this.

I take a lot of pride in the sentence, "you haven't tasted an oatmeal raisin cookie until you've tried a tinyBAKER oatmeal raisin cookie"..and, if I do say so myself, IT'S TRUE.

Oatmeal Raisin isn't the most popular cookie out there. It's fairly difficult to find one that differs from your classic "last pick of the litter" that you wish was a chewy Chocolate Chip. I have yet to meet a person that says, "Oh, my favorite cookie? It's gotta be Oatmeal Raisin."

I have only ever heard someone say that Oatmeal Raisin Cookies that appear similar to Chocolate Chip Cookies are the reason why they have trust issues.

So, I worked my tinyASS off to make one that my customers couldn't help but order over and over again. I DID IT.

All that to say: this week upon experimenting with different overnight oat recipes and thinking about said OMRCookies, I thought:

What if I applied this glorious taste to my BREAKFAST?

AND THUS: tinyB's OATMEAL RAISIN OVERNIGHT OATS WAS BORN!

I am INFINITELY stoked about this, and cannot wait to share this recipe with you! Once again, This really is like dessert for breakfast, but without the guilt!

Notes:

-Any oats will do just fine!

-Any milk will do just fine! If you want it a bit thinner, add ½ cup instead of ⅓ cup.

-You can use raisins, or I also love to use cranberries! It adds a nice, sweet tart taste. You may also add a bit of chocolate chips for extra sweetness! I love using Lily's Sugar Free Stevia Sweetened Baking Chips--Milk or Dark!

-You obviously can totally omit the sea salt...I just love salt and think it adds a nice savory touch. hehe!

-In my experience, glass mason jars always work the best because the glass gets colder than plastic, and the lids are tight and secure! But whatever works best for you, go ahead and use!
